What To Do at The Heart of Social Distancing?

Hang in there.

None of us have lived this before.

We are used to doing so much and marching at the beat of other people’s drums.

We are used to being busy and now there isn’t much to do so we can be quite confused of what to do.

We have arrived to a place of I-don’t-knowness. A place where there is nothing to do.  A place not known by many.

What to do? What to do?

But even this state of not knowing is temporarily.

So, let’s recalibrate.

Notice how nature has not lost a beat in the way it’s growing.

Notice how nature keeps unfolding at its own rhythm.

Now, trust that you have the same nature inside, because you do.

Let your body find its natural pattern of development.

It will tell you when it is ready to learn, ready to act, ready to rest, ready to grow.

Give yourself time to find your own pattern; your own rhythm.

It’s more a call than anything else.

A call with no human voice.

A call your ears cannot hear but your soul understands.

Let’s recalibrate.

Let your body, mind and soul sync in harmony.

Return to a place where you are no longer pushed by the commands of the world.

Return to a place where you move and grow by the call of your own nature and destiny.

Hang in there and just be kind to yourself and connect with your nature.
Me at the heart of social distancing.
Nothing left to do but to declare yourself queen of your own backyard.

The Shining

Fear… I am not gonna let you touch me because there is no ME.

I am composed of many, many, many elements that the Eternal Light reflects upon this reality.

My essence is Light eternally shining through.

You could never get your hands around that.

Karmas can only chase a person.

Only a person is bound by Karmas.

When you realize you are not a person but the shining of Eternal Light, no Karma can reach you. None can chase you.

So, become the shining.

Call the Light from within.

Call it like a child calls his momma.

Come and get me shining.

Come and get me momma.

I’ve been alone for so long and forgot I could call you.

I’ve been alone for so long in the dark.

I am calling you now my shining. My momma. Come and get me. Come and make this light shine bright!

These words came to me after meditating in front of the piece of art that my friend Joyce created.  As soon as I saw it I saw a bright light. I saw the words on the painting afterwards. I felt in love with it in an instant.
I am extremely happy it is in my home now.

Overcoming Loss is Always Possible

Every time we overcome a loss, we change our karma. It means that life opens up to shows us different possibilities to choose from. Possibilities that were not available before because we were so dependent or attached to the person or object we used to have that now it’s gone.

It’s not about ignoring the loss, running away from it or suppressing our emotions.  Overcoming means filling in the space that the person or object used to have in our lives.  Overcoming means stepping into that space to fill it in and be whole again. Overcoming means to regain power to create something different in our life.  Overcoming means giving permission to ourselves to continue to live a joyful life.

Mourning our losses make us human but overcoming them makes us sages.  It brings a higher level of human to the surface. One who is wiser, emotionally mature and with a bright spirit that people can recognize and no one can deny.

This week, I learned that my great grandmother passed away on Tuesday, April 7.  She was 97 years old.  She died of old age.  She died praying with her rose beads.  The first time I experienced the death of a loved one I was only 3 years old but, I do remember the agony leading to the death.  I also, experienced the loss of other loved ones later in life and because I was so young, unconsciously I created a shield to spear me from the pain of the loss.  It wasn’t until I experienced a series of losses in my thirties, including a marriage and a miscarriage that forced me to face the pain and sorrow of all the losses I experienced throughout my life.  It gave birth to the healer in me and I worked on my healing very diligently until I truly overcame it.  Once healed, I was able to confidently welcome a new life for me, a new relationship, a new child, job, family, home.  Then, it hit me! Overcoming losses has changed the beliefs of what I think I deserve so strongly that I am no longer limited to what I used to believe. I have changed the person I used to be; I have changed my karma; I have changed my timeline. Instead of mourning and lamenting, I now look forward to a future where I can continue to be joyful and bring joy to others as well, help them heal and bring understanding to their life. I have full compassion for someone experiencing loss AND at the same time, I give myself permission to continue to dream and created a joyful future in the name of life and love.

With or without Corona Virus we have all experienced the death of a loved one. My great grandmother’s passing made me think of all the people who are experiencing the loss of a loved one infected by the virus, the loss of their job, the loss of their business, the loss of a lifestyle at a massive global level. Hundreds of thousands of people crying, mourning, feeling sadness and heaviness in their hearts. My heart is truly with them and what my heart knows is that they too can overcome their loss. My healed heart knows that overcoming loss will bring out that higher level human in them that will be able reset their destiny to make it better. My heart knows that much, and I am hopeful for all humanity to take that leap.

I’m hopeful these humans are here with us right now.

I’m hopeful that we will hear their stories and be inspired by them soon.

I’m hopeful that billions will transform, thus creating a magnificent new world in the near future.
