Love for the sake of Loving

Back in July, 26, 2016, as I was waking up from a dream, I saw the image of a man curled up, alone and crying. Then, I saw this leaf connected to this very tall and beautiful tree. Thick trunk, long branches, abundantly covered in leaves. The leaf saw the man crying and knew, he did not have suffer like that. The leaf wanted so much to show that man the love we are all connected too.  So the leaf asked to go down to show the man crying the kind of love we are all connected to.  

I saw the leaf coming down and it fell right near me, but I ignored it. I thought the leaf was dead because it disconnected itself from the tree. This great sadness came over me but then I heard the leaf say:

“Don’t ignore me, I saw you admiring and calling forth the presence of the tree so I jumped down to be with you so that you can experience a piece of the love that the tree has for you. I came down for you”

At that moment, I realized I was both, the man crying and the falling leaf.  I thought of the great sacrifice the leaf made, separating itself from the tree just to be near me for a fleeting moment in time. But, to the leaf, it was no sacrifice at all. The desire, of coming down was completely out of innocence and pure love. 

I had to cry but my tears were tears of tenderness. I felt both, the sorrow of people calling for love and the compassion of the people responding to those calls. Then, I truly understood from deep within what all of us Light Workers are and came here to do.

It was a tender and powerful moment. It was the moment I realized we, Light Workers are here to love for the sake of loving and give for the sake of giving. No agendas, no expectations, no two way transactions. The treasure we brought here was meant to be given away completely until our time to leave arrives. 

In this world, there are people who are truly lost.  They have forgotten completely that we are connected to a powerful source that emanates unconditional and abundant Love.  They have gotten too lost in their suffering and cannot find a way out and the only way out is to show them that pure unconditional love does exist.  That, will make them remember.

For this reason, I made a vow to become One Less Threat to the World. It is how us Light Workers can serve the best. 

Yes, I see the world.  I see injustices, I see suffering, I see famine, I see violence, I see sickness, I see exploitation. I see it all and as an Empath, I feel it all too. But as Light Workers, we did not come here to fix it or to fight it or change it.  We came here to Love.  Our love does the work not our effort.  
Our love heals. 
Our love lifts others up. 
Our love creates peace.
Our love encourages. 
Our love creates beauty.
Our love nurtures.
Our love honors. 
Our love awakens!

Our love guides people out of their darkness to help them remember they also have that same kind of love inside. 

Our purpose is to love. Our job is to not forget the kind of love we are capable to give and give it for the sake of giving. After all, there is more where that came from and we have to remember, we are only here for a fleeting moment in time. An eternity of Love awaits us once our purpose here is done.

All Angels Come When God Calls

A new world is being born. 

At the center of everything, there will be Love.

To be part of this new world creation you must release what weighs you down.

Release by forgiving and forgetting, because recalling hurtful memories keeps you prisoner of the old world.  The world that blames, the one that punishes and shames, the one that divides and fights.

You are feeling all these intense feelings of anger and fear coming up because you are being called to let go of them so that you can ascend into the new world.

It is weighting you down and God is calling you up.

Do not let it distract you. You do not need to fix anything before you leave.  You are called to leave and leave it behind.

What you lived in the old world was only an experience. Do not let it have your soul. 

Come.

All angels come when God calls.

Come and be fulfilled with pure love.

Answer the call.

You claimed the old world experience as yours. You created your story and persona around it. But what happened to you was never the real you. You must peal the past off your skin and let it fade away.

Let go your grip of it.

Answer the call to meet your true self and destiny.

Now go and encounter the new world.

How Deep Your Love Is And What Truly Matters

In a relationship and in life, the behavior of people will show you:

How high they honor.

How deep they love.

How they handle stress and adversities.

It is in our discernment to decide if we can live with that kind of behavior or not.  However, some people may not be ready to show you how high the honor or how deep they love yet.  They may need more time to trust, to feel safe around you.  They might not even be able to show you how they handle stress and adversities if everything in their life is going well and they have never gone through a difficult situation yet; this is true for young people and as life goes on they encounter situations where they need to be courageous, grow and become wiser.  I know life has put me in enough hot water to make me resilient and hopeful because I have seen the hand of God working through the unfolding of it. I have learned to trust guidance, be patient with the process and  unattached of the outcome, but it took me years to develop this kind of maturity, so somebody who met me in my teens or twenties and has not seen me since may still think of me as the person I used to be.  But no, life has enough circumstances that help us mature; there are many opportunities to become a better version of ourselves for sure.  The same goes for how high we honor and how deep we love.  I used to think both were the same but they are not.   Someone can love you deeply but may not be able to honor that level of love yet because they have never gone that deep before so they may need to change their ways, believes, habits and that takes willingness and patience from both parties.  I also learned that there is no wrong way to honor because honoring is very personal, some people are eloquent about it; some show it in deeds, some are more private; some are very public about it.  Again, our discernment is in knowing when and how we are being honored as oppose to misjudging someone for not honoring in the same way we do because we are all different therefore we express love and honor in very personal ways.  Love and honor are different; Love is shown in levels of trust, not in levels of honor and trust has to do with feeling safe in the relationship; however here is where most humans go wrong. I have learned that there is no wrong way for honoring but there is very wrong ways to love and trust.  There was a time when I put all my love, trust and safety on the hands of one person.  That is fine and dandy until the relationship comes to an end. It sure leaves you feeling like you could not love or trust again because your safety was taken away from you, so little by little you grow cold and can sabotage future relationships, even when you are treated well.  A few years ago I was given a revelation about it.  The Universe revealed to me how at the very young age of two I put my love, trust and safety in my great grandfather and when he died I felt so insecure that I almost died as well but it was not time for me to go yet, so wounded I continued and the Universe showed me how in order to continue I put my love trust and safety on a Kermit the frog puppet I had, but one day that puppet disappeared and then I found another person who I decided to put all my love, trust and safety in. Ironically, that person died as well and that was when I decided to close my heart from loving anyone.  At a very young age, unconsciously I decided that, so unconsciously I went through life not truly loving and every time life would find me someone who I thought I could love that person would have to leave town for some reason but because I was not as open as when I was younger, it did not affected me much. That was until I met my first husband. That relationship opened me enough to truly hurt when the relationship was over.  The wound was as deep as the first one when I was two years old.  The Universe revealed the similarities and the need to heal the root cause of it, AND I DID!  After the revelation and seeing all patterns of behavior since age of two, I got the breakthrough I needed and decided to put my love, trust and safety IN THE RIGHT PLACE…. ME.

Returning to the Heart

Be where your Heart is.  Put your mind right back where your Heart is.  Your Heart is in your physical body.  Your Heart chakra is also in your physical body.

It is your mind that strays away, not the Heart, never the Heart.

People may say, “I’m here but my Heart is somewhere else”.  Nonsense! Stand where you are and place your hand on your chest.  That is where you Heart truly is.

The mind will wonder into expectation for the future, yearning for the present to be different or reminiscing memories from the past.  But your Heart is right here with you at all times. 

Do not confuse the wishes of the mind with the longings of the Heart.  Your Heart longs for you to be right here right now with it. 

Do not abandon it.  Your mind may want to be somewhere else but trust that you are where you are needed to be and your Heart is always right there with you.

Perhaps, the only reason we have a physical body is so that we have a place to keep our Heart safe like a locket and not lose it when the mind is so busy going from one place to another.  

Perhaps, the whole purpose of our breath is to bring the mind back to the Heart, to unite them in holy matrimony so that them may be together forever honoring and loving each other.

So, right here, right now, take a deep breath and bring your mind back to the love of your Heart.

Feel safe, be gentle, feel loved.

Organic.... Feeling the human in me

There is a Heart that beats with harmonious rhythm.
There is a mind that thinks in subtle patterns.
There is an energy that is connected to an electrifying life force.
In the middle of it, I AM an organic machine that loves, thinks and feels.
I am sure of my presence. I am sure of my form. But who AM I really without all this working through me?

Spiritual Treason

Light workers of the world. Step away from martyr-hood and step into your messiah-hood.

The biggest delusion is to believe that manifested humans make decisions and can run your life when you know you have an eternal being within that orchestrates situations that give us the opportunity to be that higher self and respond to situations from a higher consciousness supported by deep love that flows from our hearts. We know this, and we have practiced it. Now, it’s time to truly embody it. Unify with that higher consciousness, it is the "Ultimate Surrender", then roll up your human sleeves and let’s get to work.

An Ocean of Lies, a Journey of Darkness

Even in the ocean of calmness there is debris.  Don’t ever judge yourself harshly then create false information (lies) to hide in a cage of self-judgment.  When the other people pierce through the veil of that false information you created, they will only see the prison of self-judgment you created for yourself and instead of helping you out, they will help judge you because that was what you created.  Don’t be surprise when people judge you in the same manner you judge yourself.  Even the ocean has debris, but that debris are also part of nature.  You cannot avoid the way nature flows because you are also nature.  Accept yourself as you are.  Life is always in a state of flux and debris will come and go based on the flow of the elements in nature.  See yourself as always in divine harmony, accept and love yourself to avoid creating false information and delusion for others.  Even when you think you have let yourself or others down, if you start remembering all the other great things you have done, drop self-judgment and completely love yourself, then people will do that too because that is what you are creating.  You may think that by creating false information you are protecting yourself or others, but the truth is that people can sense the energy of that delusion you crated.  They know it is false and when they discover it, they will only help you continue to create what you created, either a prison of self-judgment or acceptance, forgiveness and love for yourself.  You decide, this is your life, your thoughts, your creation, your reality.  

I'm gonna say I Love You...

Even if you believe prayer does not work, believe this;

I’m sorry you are in pain. I’m sorry you are frustrated.  I’m sorry that you are sad. I’m sorry you can’t find a solution.  I’m sorry you have battled this for so long.  I’m sorry that I don’t know how to help you. I’m sorry that you don’t know what else to do.  I’m sorry that you think this shouldn’t be happening. I’m sorry that I don’t know what else to tell you but I LOVE YOU. 

And I’m gonna say I love you until you feel better. I’m gonna say I love you until stop crying.  I’m gonna say I love you until you remember how wonderful you truly are. I’m gonna say I love you until the pain goes away. I’m gonna say I love you until God hears you.  I’m gonna say I love you until you get up and smile.  I’m gonna say I love you until you feel loved.  I’m gonna say I love you until a solution comes.  I’m gonna say I love you until Love is all there is.   

I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you...

This is my prayer, and it comes from the Love in my heart. That, transforms.

Attraction and the Young and Naive

One day I was told.  “You move too fast, if you would first find the Alliance you would understand everything better and it would be more beneficial.”

There is attraction among all of us.  Attraction is a sort of revelation, a revelation that there is a kind of familiarity with a person you have never met before but for some reason you drop your guard to connect and become curious about them.  This is attraction and it happens with any person, whether you are heterosexual or not, we are all attracted to someone of the same sex or the opposite sex but it has nothing sexual about it.

Advice from the Inner Child

• When you love me, you love yourself. Honor every piece that composes your being. Be in love with your heart, be amazed by your mind.  

• You are worthy of all your wholesome desires whether you have someone to share them with or not. Accept all that is yours when it comes.

• Your True Nature is Innocence, learn to forgive yourself for not knowing you have hurt others or yourself. Set yourself free to reflect your true state of Innocence.

•  Your heart doesn't want to be right, your heart wants to be happy. Share the wisdom you have acquired without imposing on anyone's beliefs. We all have the right to create our own magical world.   

• You did not come here to die for anyone and your job is not to save anyone either. Your job is actually a lot easier than that. Just get up every morning, brush your teeth and show that big smile to everyone you encounter. People take a mental picture of everything they see, show your kindness with a big smile they can remember you by. 

•  If someone is sad, remind them of their greatness. If someone is happy, celebrate along with them. If someone is angry, remember their greatness. If someone shows gratitude, accept with graciousness.

• If you are sad, express it without blaming anyone. If you are happy, express it with grace. If you are angry, express it without victimizing anyone. If you are grateful, express it lovingly. 

• Be always ready to play and win. Do not limit yourself by thinking that you have to wait for your turn or that you have to compete to play. New rules of the game: All play, all have fun, all win, because the Universe is our source and it is boundless and timeless.

Impulse and the Heart

Impulses are ideas that come from the innocence of the heart and the innocence of the heart is an aspect of the soul.  Impulses are ideas that the soul has about the things it would like to experience next.  The soul says: “This! I would love to experience this”. The thing is, that impulses are great as ideas only, they are not so good when we act them out “impulsively” because the right conditions or resources or wisdom to carry them out may not be available yet. 

I wanna belly dance!

This is when our logic side should come in but not to stop us from doing it but to find out what is needed in order to experience that idea with the same good feeling as when the idea was born.  So, don't get worked up about not having the right conditions, resources or wisdom to make the dream of your heart a reality now.  But, have your eyes, heart and intuition open for when the right resources appear. 

In the meantime, put all the dreams you would love to experience but don't have the necessary things to make them happen, inside a drawer in your heart until you get what you need... and just trust.

No Longer Without Love

The inner child is a fantastic communicator because just like a little child it will be creative and inventive to get your attention and because it is a little child, it will also have a touch of innocence mixed with some shines and playfulness. 

For the longest time I have been hearing these song in my head and asking Who do they belong too? What do they mean? Tell me more about what they represent.  Two weeks ago I realized that once I connect with people, I can step into their vibration and the song I hear not only represents how they are feeling but the songs also represent a part in me that has felt that way before and it triggers that feeling forward.  People’s energy, vibration, feelings, trigger something in my heart and the song is the translation of what my heart is picking up.  My heart is actually very smart.  When I was little, I used to listen to radio 24/7.  I have always loved music and while listening to the radio I noticed how lovers used to call the station to dedicate a song to a loved one.  I truly believed that was the most romantic thing anyone can do.  I used to love it when someone will go and serenate their loved one by the window too.  I experienced that once and it felt silly and lovely.  I love it! LOL.  I grew up somewhat disconnected from my heart because I suffered the loss of loved ones at a very early age so after doing a lot of healing these past years I understood I disconnected from my heart to protect myself from emotional pain.  This created a gap between me and my heart but without even knowing, my heart never gave up on me.  Because my heart was not able to get my attention, in order to reach me, my heart dedicates these songs to me to get my attention.  My heart, just like a little child knew how much I love song dedications so it sends these songs to me, not only to get my attention but also to tell me what it felt in my vibration or the vibration of other person.   My heart recognizes and feels the suffering of the person is connected to, then to get my attention it dedicates that song to me, not only to get my attention but also so that I can become present and propel the divine love machine so that together, me and my heart can send love and healing to the person who is feeling this and also to send love and healing to the part in my heart that feels the pain and suffering too.

The Blue Heron

The Hummingbird:  “Every time I look for you, you are never there, yet, when I turn around there you are”

The Heron: “I am the Blue Heron, every time you find yourself it means you have found me”

The Hummingbird: “Then why can’t we just be together?”

The Heron: “When you forget who you are, you chase to serve your life purpose.  When you remember who you are, You and I are One”

The Hummingbird: “It seems so difficult, I just want to be with you”

The Heron: “The Universe was designed for infinite desire.  Being together means the cessation of such desire.  This level of reality was not designed for us”

The Hummingbird: “Then how can we be together?”

The Heron: “We both need to Awaken”

The Hummingbird: “I’ll race you”

The Heron: “Not so fast my Hummingbird dear, not so fast”

The Hummingbird: “I have longed for you for so long that evolution gave me the most resilient wings to fly this epic journey”

The Heron: “I have longed for you for so long that evolution gave me these heavy wings to wait for you in stillness” 

The Hummingbird: “I miss you”

The Heron: “I miss you too”

Calling forth the Light during times of darkness

(Originally written 11/1/2014 after a long dream that prepared me to meet baby Aramaea)

It is true that living contrast makes you sprout desires that will ease that contrast.  Unconsciously or consciously, we all do it.

I was born in 1977 when the Peace and Love movement was not just a novelty but already embedded in society as a culture.  The young hippie generation from the 60’s and 70’s lived through the Vietnam War and other strong social challenges that were disconnecting humans from their humanity and they hippie generation did not want to conform with what the older generation was creating in the world.  This young generation felt the contrast that is living in a world lacking peace, lacking love and they wanted it so bad and they pushed and fought against war and social injustice at a conscious level but unconsciously what they were truly doing was summoning what they were lacking, which is the wholesome desire of Peace and Love.  Now, they summoned Peace and love but energy is not always manifested in the way we expect.  The Hippies of that time may not have manifested World Peace and Love, but they manifested my generation. We are the result of that summoning.  We came because we were called.  The people from my generation are the ones holding the information to teach the world how to achieve Peace and Love.  Ever since I can remember, I knew the concept of Peace and I was surprised the first time I learned that there was no World Peace.  I was quite young but I remember being very confused that day.  From a very young age I defended the weak, people and animals; I was a peacemaker and cared for life.  Time has passed and after starting my spiritual path I discovered the concepts of Inner Peace and Self Love and Unconditional Love and I just knew it was part of my quest and the quest of the people from my generation.  The generations from the past did the summoning and we came forth holding the keys for it.  But the older generation not just summoned us but they also paved the way leaving us clues in the forms of books, songs, movies and such so that we can remember what we came here for.  As a young child, I was attracted to the Hippie culture and I was quite sad that it was not around anymore when I was older but everything they did has served my generation to learn, explore and ignite our passion of knowing we can teach and achieve true Peace and Love.  I see others from my generation doing this.  Teaching alternative techniques, holding lectures, organizing gatherings… All to teach how to achieve Inner Peace, Self Love and Unconditional Love.  My generation is very active and passionate about healing the wounds that the older generation had to live at times of war and social unrest when they where summoning peace and love.

Now, my younger sisters, where born in the late 80’s and 90’s.  War and social unrest were over but money was ruling the world and man became blinded by Greed.  There was corporate greed, power abuse, social exploitation, money squandering, egoistical extravagance and such.  Consciously, the world was living greed, selfishness and exploitation. It was a dog eat dog world and people stabbing each other in the back for money.  The people from the 80’s and 90’s lived that contrast but unconsciously they were actually summoning Generosity, True Friendship and Partaking.  My sisters’ generation are the result of that summoning.  You just notice how the people in the mid 20’s are just naturally generous and not afraid to share what they have and know how to offer friendships without hidden agendas.  They do not fear material lack in the future either.  Somehow they just trust and life supports them.  My younger sister said to me one day “Todo es de todos”  “Everything is everyone’s”;  Not just a certain group based on outdated measurements or preconceived judgments; not just mine, not just yours, not just theirs…. Everyone’s.  This generation know the value sharing and the value of appreciating people of all cultures and races. I have seen them creating community gardens, running marathons for a cause, building intentional communities, cohousing, rallying against bullying, promoting equal rights and such.  The generation from the 80’s and 90’s; the ones who summon them, lived the contrast of fear of lack and exploitation and deceitfulness and did their best of fight against it so they left clues for the this generation, the people in their mid 20’s to find and be able to remember why they are here.  We make a good combination; my generation teaching the way of peace, inner peace and self love and unconditional love and my sisters’ generation teaching generosity, social inclusion and partaking.  We can all get along.  All the divisions that previous generations created are nothing but delusion. 

Now, what the world is currently living are times of darkness, lies and confusion. We have tangible proof that have led us to lose trust in the pharmaceutical companies, politicians, banks, education system, religious institutions and more.  Our pollinators are dying, plants are being genetically modified, animals are being hormonally changed, medicine is being poisoned and people are being massacred.   We certainly have good reason to think that our future is uncertain and many are fearful that there will be no future.  That is what we think, that is what we feel, that is the contrast we live but what we are really doing is summoning for the Light, for Clarity, for Truth.  I see this in the young kids and the new babies that are being born.  This new generation is in one short and sweet word “Fearless”.  They are alert, smart, quick and they long for information and freedom.  Technology is their best friend.  Today’s world is paving the way for them inventing the tools that will serve their development.  We have summoned for so much light that it is almost like we called forth the stars to be born as humans so that they can teach us how to shine our own Light in order to find Truth and be truly liberated.  

Let there be Light!  I am a believer and I believe that because all the summoning that the world is doing, in my lifetime, I will actually experience Peace, Love, Generosity, Partaking, Clarity, Truth and total Liberation.  Contrast, suffering, darkness, whatever you want to call it, have a good purpose.  The key is not to get lost in the darkness that is suffering through the contrast and instead realize what is that we are really summoning, what is our true most wholesome desire.  Then, really set the intention to seek for it; to call it, to bring it to manifestation.  To joyfully anticipate the good things coming, because we have manifested the people necessary to achieve it already, so why not just build faith and trust that our needs will be met and wholesome desires will be a reality.  Rest and know that everything will be super duper!

A Suitcase Full of Stories and Wholesome Desires

I have been hanging on to my story for quite a while.  I was abandoned, sick and all alone, left to my own devices, misjudged, misunderstood and unsupported.  There was a time I used to cry every single day and it went on for months.  If you see me now, you would have never guessed it because I’m always smiling; despite what happened I have been always a happy go lucky person.  If you look at me now, you will see wrinkles around my eyes, which are a physical result of the constant crying, but you will also see the sparkle inside my eyes; that, is the result of building faith.  Faith in myself, faith in my spiritual teacher and his teachings and faith in the powerful force that is God.  The girl that suffered so much for so long was my inspiration to deepen my spiritual path because I knew she wanted to live; she loved life so much and she knew there was more to life than this physical reality, she had a clear conviction.  Even though our spiritual growth and transformation never ceases to end, I would say, my mission to mold that scared, sad and lonely girl into who she is now, has been accomplished.  

Have you ever been in love?

Very deep past emotional memories from habitual behavior in our relationships can come back to haunt us in the new relationship we are trying to build.  Ask yourself this: Have you ever been truly loved? Have you truly loved?

If you look at yourself now, you can see how the signs of “aging” are showing, but if you sit quietly with your mind, would you notice any signs of maturing?  Look at the patterns you are repeating in your relationships, are they still the same patterns that the YOU from the past used to make or have you created new patterns of behavior based on the new person you have become?  The beliefs and habits of the YOU from the past got you in that relationship you ended.  So, why would the YOU from the past still choose the love partners for the YOU of the present?  As we release the relationship that is ending, we should also release the beliefs and habits that helped creating it so that instead of creating a similar one in the future.  We should instead, explore from our new point of experience and wisdom to create a new reality for our new relationship. 

Now, ask yourself this: Do you want to be happy or do you want to be in love? People are happy when things are going their way and according to their expectation.  If things are going your way then you are being pleased, which means someone else is doing the pleasing.  But, what happens when that other person stops pleasing?  Being happy is not being in love.  Being in love means letting yourself feel and explore all the range of emotions that you as a human being are capable of, from one end to the other.  You let yourself be joyful as well as sad, compassionate as well as angry, passionate as well as depressed.  You can empower as well as blame, forgive and repent.  You loose yourself in lust as well as in tenderness and innocence.  You FEEL.  You aren’t just Happy, you FEEL Happy, plus all the other emotions, after all they all come from the same source: YOU.  Explore YOU, know how it FEELS when your love-partner is close and you know how it FEEL when your love-partner is gone and everything in between.  Put mindfulness in the feeling of your whole being and find out for yourself.

When you love as a human, you rejoice in each others happiness, you desire with all your heart to bring relief to each others torments, you feel tranquility in each others presence and you feel sadness for each others absence.  Human love is ENGAGED emotions.  Feel it!

Fear and the door mat…. A love story

When you intend to be an open door but people miss to see the entrance and all they see is a door mat, it does not mean you are a door mat.  It means their eye sight won’t see beyond the door mat.  It has nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with them.  There is a Rumi quote that says “Why do you stay in prison when the door is wide open?”  The reason is the same; over and over again…Fear.  Fear has many forms and disguises.  Nobody wants to be afraid and many don’t even think that their feeling is fear.  They may say they are confused, angry, lonely, uninterested, etc.  The process of the translation from energy to a feeling is tricky.  It’s like seeing a magician pouring milk into a hat and pulling out a rabbit.  Completely not related or expected.  The truth is that fear not also disguises itself and lies to you but it also keeps you BLIND, and therefore makes you miss on many wonderful opportunities even when they are right in front of you. 

Now, to continue, I am going to explain to you fear in a different way.  Fear, does not mean to be afraid or terrorized.  As humans, in this material world, we were created with different elements such as our organs, senses, cognition, etc, and all of them are important for us to thrive…. Even fear.  The reason we push fear away is because we do not know how to use it effectively.  Fear does not feel good to us so we tend to push away everything that does not feel good, therefore we miss the chance of exploring fear as a tool of advancement for our life.  Yes! Fear can be a tool for advancement in your life, no typos here.
